Once again Sanjo has collaborated with the amazing Liz Moncrief, a regular contributor to Handwoven Magazine and twice winner of the prestigious Complex Weaver Award. Together we've created the Copenhagen kit using one of our favourite yarns - #10-207 Sanjo's 65% Silk 35% Linen. The beautiful heathered effect that happens after dyeing this yarn, coupled with the slight crispness and surface texture make this a perfect scarf yarn. This scarf pattern features Crammed-and-Spaced distribution in the reed, giving it a unique translucent appearance in parts of the scarf. Each kit provides enough yarn to make 2 scarves; the length of your scarves is determined by the fringe finish you choose. A twisted fringe will net a shorter woven scarf; the hemstitched option has a longer handwoven part.
