The US government has currently imposed worldwide tariffs, including on all goods from Sanjo, entering the USA. This means that all consumer purchases being shipped to the USA attract duties of 10%.
As a result, Sanjo has a protocol for selling to our US customers using a 3rd party service through which duties can be prepaid by the customer. As a US customer, you will need to pay the duties and fees (a small fee is charged by the provider of this service) to Sanjo, which is forwarded to US Customs and Border Protection. Please email us prior to ordering if you would like to use this option.
If you do not wish to carry the responsibility of the extra tariffs and fees, we regret that we cannot accept your order at this time.
